Thomas A. Brown
October 14, 1927 - January 12, 2009
Thomas A. Brown, 81 died Monday, January 12, 2009 at his residence. He was a native of Bryan County and a lifelong resident of Savannah. He was retired as a Merchant Marine and was a member of Ferguson Avenue Baptist Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Tresia Oliver, and Janice Branch, both of Rincon, and one son, Thomas R. Brown, of Savannah, one sister, Wilma Lewis, of Statesboro, 8 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 15, 2009 at
Ferguson Avenue Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

I loved Uncle Tom. I really enjoyed when he came to see Grandma Lewis. He will be truely missed. I already feel a void. God Bless Uncle Tom and his family. He will suffer no more!
